Avocado verrines

A verrines recipe ultra fast ideal for last minute’s guest, reception or simply a dinner at home.


Ingredients (2 persons):

  • 1 Good ripe avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Lemon
  • Salt and pepper


  • Cut the avocado in half
  • Remove the pulp
  • Mash with a fork
  • Add salt, and pepper
  • Drizzle lemon juice
  • Add mayonnaise and mix well
  • Fill the verrines with this preparation
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint
  • You also can decorate with tomatoes quarters
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap
  • Keep cool until ready to serve
